Return Policy for Artwork
I want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Conditions for Returns:
- Item Condition: Returned artwork must be in its original condition, unaltered, and free from damage.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure that the artwork is returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials and tags.
- Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us at 615-674-7554 or jeremy@photos4nature.com to obtain a return authorization before sending back the artwork.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item received, damaged during shipping).
- Tracking and Insurance: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
- Return Eligibility: Customized or personalized artwork may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the customization process.
Refunds:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 3 days to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Refund posting timelines may also vary based on your bank issuer policies and procedures.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.

Digital Download Return Policy
Jeremy Osgood’s gallery website Photos4nature sells digital downloads which are non-refundable unless there was an error on my part. Once an image is downloaded by the customer, it cannot be retrieved in such a manner as to ensure it won’t be duplicated or reused.
Exception: If there is a technical problem with the Jpeg file or the image appears visibly different than what was advertised, I will issue a refund or correct the error if the customer chooses. This refund exception is only available within 30 days of purchase. If you need to initiate a return, you may do so by emailing me at the at the email below. Since this is a digital download file and no physical product is shipped in the transaction, the purchaser only need contact me at which time I will issue a refund of the purchase price within 24 hours. Depending upon payment type, refunds may take a few days to appear on your statement.

How is my Digital Download image file delivered once I've paid?
A link to your JPEG digital download file is included on your receipt, automatically sent upon payment.
Is the license really included for just $10?
Yes, a single user license, for the named purchaser/company, is included to use the image for creative projects, business use, personal wall art, book covers, social media, advertising, digital and print media…etc. You just can’t give away or resell the image as your own, commercially produce wall art, products or other merchandise from it for purpose of resale. The copyright of the image and right to distribute the image is held exclusively by the photographer ©Jeremy Osgood.
Do you have have RAW Files of the images?
90% of the images on Photos4nature were originally shot in RAW format to preserve as much detail for the editing process as possible. Please send me any specific requests and I will give you a quote and availability for other file formats. Jeremy@photos4nature.com
Do you offer a subscription service?
No it’s just a flat fee for every image. No subscriptions with different tiers or licensing rules, and especially no to extended coverage for added insurance against copyright infringement that other major sites use to collect more fees. I offer a straightforward process, at extremely affordable prices, so I can share my work and devote more time to doing what I love.
How can I order Wall Art from the digital download provided?
Once you pay the $10 fee you will receive a link to download the JPEG image product. This JPEG image file can then be used to order from any photo print lab in the world. I personally use Bay Photo, Millers/MPIX, depending on my needs, but you can use your local chain store or anywhere that meets your budget. The files provided are extremely high resolution and create incredible wall art. Just wait for a great sale at your favorite lab and you’re on your way to some incredible home decor at an incredible price.
Can you return a digital download for a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable except in cases where I error. For example, if you receive a damaged or wrong Jpeg file. Refunds under those circumstances must be returned within 30 days and then a return will be issued within 24 hours. Return times post to your account depending on your carrier. Can I buy exclusive rights to an image?
